This platform is a dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale store supplying premium footwear directly from our Rawat Industrial Estate facility to retailers across Pakistan. 1. Wholesale Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Strictly B2B: FAIZI SHOES does not cater to single-item retail customers. All transactions and negotiations are strictly for commercial resale.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 1 Dozen (12 pairs) per carton. We do not break cartons to sell individual pairs or mixed-size loose items.
Order Placement: Orders are not processed through an automated checkout. To secure wholesale pricing and finalize your order, you must contact our sales team directly via WhatsApp using the buttons provided on our product pages.
2. Pricing, Payment, & Shipping
Wholesale Rates: Prices displayed on the website represent standard carton rates. For larger bulk orders, prices are subject to negotiation via our WhatsApp channel.
Payment Terms: As per wholesale market standards, all orders require advance payment via Bank Transfer before the stock is dispatched.
Shipping Limitations & Freight: FAIZI SHOES delivers nationwide across Pakistan via Goods/Cargo transport services. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, bilty, and freight charges unless negotiated otherwise. We ensure secure packing; however, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by the transport company during transit.
3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the FAIZI SHOES website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We advise you to periodically review these terms whenever you visit our site.

Quality Check: We conduct strict quality checks before packing.
No Retail Returns: We do not accept returns for unsold stock or a change of mind.

In the rare event of a defect, claims must be reported to our team via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the cargo. For problems with products purchased, your remedy is to seek a return or refund as per this policy.
